Shipping policy
Shipping:
Standard Shipping within the continental United States only. Standard shipping rates are based on weight. Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.
Blessed Trio Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with shipping Carriers.
- Products that are lost or damaged during shipping. The Shipping Carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- For products which are marked delivered by the Shipping Carrier you will need to contact directly to obtain information regarding your package.
- Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information!
Local Pickup
**PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CHOOSING LOCAL PICKUP**
If you are local and want to dodge shipping costs, local pickup is a great option for you! At checkout, you will have the option to select local pick up or shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification saying that your order is ready to be picked up! This will usually take us 1 business day to complete!
Refund/Store Credit

However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
Store
Credit Only – We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
Final

Return Requirements – To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, pet hair, odors (such as cigarette smoke or deodorant), and signs of wear. If an item has been worn, it will not qualify for a return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Online Orders –
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it.
Store credit will not be issued until the item has been returned and approved by us.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will review your return request and send a return label if approved.
Online orders that meet the return requirements may be returned in-store at our Holdrege location.
If you are choosing to return your item as size doesn't fit YOU are responsible for shipping back to us and to return the new size to you.
If you choose to return your items you will be awarded STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Policy Enforcement – Blessed Trio Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.
